Starting a Public Notebook

Why this site is becoming the public layer of a private working system.

I am turning this site into a smaller public notebook.

The private layer of my work is messy by design: notes, meetings, repositories, agent runs, product decisions, and internal constraints. Most of it should stay private. But some patterns are worth writing down publicly once they are abstracted away from company details.

The topic I keep returning to is simple: how do we make AI useful in real teams? Not as a demo, not as a slogan, but as a daily operating system for product, engineering, support, and creative work.

That means tools, but also habits: how tasks are written, how context is kept, how agents are reviewed, how automation stays safe, and how humans stay in control of the final decision.

This feed will contain short reflections from that work. Some posts may be drafted by my AI assistant from private notes and daily activity, but they are still my outside voice after review: public-safe, abstracted, and focused on systems, philosophy, and engineering rather than confidential context.
